There’s a part of you that knows something needs to shift. Maybe you’ve been carrying anxiety, pain, or a sense of being stuck, even after trying to push through, process it, or talk it out. You're self-aware, emotionally intelligent, and ready for change… but you’re not sure where to begin.
You're in the right place.
At Weaving Wellness Therapy, I offer a soft and grounded space to help emotionally aware adults struggling with feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, using a gentle mind-body approach to therapy.
Hi, I’m Anna Gray Greene
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Denver, Colorado, offering individual therapy to adult clients (18+) virtually throughout the state.
I show up as a real person: warm, grounded, curious, and attuned. I believe that therapy doesn’t need to feel clinical or distant. It can be a space that’s cozy, creative, and even lighthearted at times. Humor, when welcome, can be a powerful bridge toward connection and healing.
Whether you're navigating the effects of trauma, chronic stress, emotional pain, or a desire for deeper growth, I offer a supportive space to move toward healing in a way that feels gentle and empowering.
I specialize in working with:
Trauma and PTSD
Life transitions, burnout, and feeling “stuck”
Anxiety, panic, and chronic worry
Depression and emotional overwhelm
Chronic pain and somatic distress
My approach is rooted in Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems (IFS),and other trauma-informed modalities. I also incorporate tools from CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Strengths-Based Therapy, depending on what best supports you.
Above all, therapy with me is a collaborative process. You bring your inner knowing; I bring presence, skill, and deep respect for your process.

Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. It’s deeply personal — and it matters who you choose to walk alongside you. It’s my intention to make that as easy as possible for you by offering a free consult to get us started. Come with whatever questions you might have, I’ll ask a few of my own, and we’ll decide on next steps together.
